1.⁠ ⁠When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be processed and receive a tracking number within 5–7 days after the order is placed.

2.⁠ ⁠How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the destination:

🇺🇸 United States: approximately 5–15 days
🌍 Other countries: approximately 10–25 days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on local courier services and customs processes.

3.⁠ ⁠Will I be charged additional fees?
Previously, we shipped using our local EMS service partnered with DHL.
Because of this, customers were charged additional handling fees upon arrival.

4.⁠ ⁠Has anything changed?
Yes! Starting from April, we have switched to a different shipping method:

🇺🇸 For U.S. orders (exclude Canada): there will be no additional fees
🌍 For other countries: there may still be import duties or taxes

Except for UAE, shipments will still be delivered using EMS & DHL.

5.⁠ ⁠Why do I still get charged duties/taxes?
Any additional charges such as import duties or taxes are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are beyond our control.

However, by no longer using DHL, we aim to reduce the likelihood and cost of extra fees for our international customers.

6.⁠ ⁠Do I need to pay these fees?
Yes. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to cover any applicable import duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by your local customs or courier upon delivery.
